Engineers assemble the complete product with 3D printed samples and conduct multi-dimensional performance assessment and physical testing.We strictly inspect all parameter specifications and user experience of the prototype to ensure full compliance with development criteria before submitting it to the customer for review and confirmation.Should the customer propose any optimization feedback, we will implement targeted structural adjustments and detailed refinements and carry out iterative revisions until a final mutual agreement is confirmed.
We confirm the final cooperation plan and provide the product specifications as well as the mold cost quotation.
Mold production will commence upon receipt of customer payment, with a scheduled lead time of 45 days for mold launching.
Upon completion of mold fabrication, we initiate material preparation and product assembly, followed by comprehensive performance testing and verification. Targeted optimizations and improvements are made based on test data and actual usage performance to refine product details and overall quality.
