Flycat Electrical Co., Ltd. (“Flycat”) is a specialized manufacturer of oral care products and the company behind the NICEFEEL brand.
Founded in 2012, Flycat has grown into a trusted OEM/ODM partner for global brands. Our manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square meters and is supported by a team of more than 600 employees, including over 40 experienced R&D engineers.
With more than 400 patents and fully integrated in-house production capabilities, we oversee every stage of the manufacturing process — from product design and tooling to production and quality control — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
We operate 30 production lines with a daily output capacity of up to 30,000 units. With an average lead time of 30–35 days and annual shipments exceeding 4 million units, Flycat is well-positioned to support high-volume global demand.
Flycat is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Our products comply with key international regulations and certifications, including CE, FDA, RoHS, UL, and IPX7.
Today, our products are distributed in over 60 countries and regions. We are proud to be a long-term manufacturing partner for brands, distributors, and healthcare companies worldwide.

Milestones

2012–2015
Initial Foundation Stage 2012–2015

Shenzhen Flycat Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012 with a 1,800-square-meter factory, marking the official launch of the enterprise. Business transformation was accomplished in 2013. The first oral irrigator, FC168, was independently developed, securing 3 design patents. From 2014 to 2015, the company focused on core technology research and fundamental technological advancement to consolidate solid development foundations.

2016–2017
Qualification Leap Stage 2016–2017

Multiple design patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights were granted successively. The enterprise was accredited as a Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise and a National High-tech Enterprise. In 2017, the company was listed on the HKIB International Board. It also obtained medical device registration certification, ISO 13485 certification, and a medical device production license, completing full-range industrial qualification authorization.

2018–2019
Rapid Expansion Stage 2018–2019

The business scope expanded rapidly with remarkable revenue growth. Lean production management was implemented in 2019. The factory underwent two expansions, and the workforce was scaled up, greatly boosting production efficiency. The annual output value exceeded 300 million yuan.
Industry Leading Stage 2020–2021
The factory site expanded to 20,000 square meters with 750 employees. Annual product sales surpassed 3.5 million units, placing the company among the world’s leading manufacturers in production scale.
